permission to change + full moon focus
I woke up to a spotlight of a full moon this morning.
Before tending to the pets, I walked out onto the frosty grass to take in the bright light.
A thin layer of ice formed over night spanning the entire pond and the moon's reflection glistened in the dark.
The verdant landscape is now bare and seemingly frozen in place.
Change is here...
Winter is upon us and while it feels like slow motion in a way, the quiet pulse of transformation feels electric.
There's radical clarity here.
A deep knowing in motion.
My inner being blooming into its fullest expression, yet.
The best work of my life is front & center...and I can feel it in every cell of my body.
I have never been this dialed in and available for what's meant to come through me.
And I know this is because I consciously chose to rest in the wait in 2024.
To listen deeply and to follow the holy orders that came through.
I cleared live events from my calendar.
I tested new models.
I played with words and worlds.
I steadied the ship, while delving deeper into my own personal transformational work.
There was so much less happening this year.
And it worked...
The business did its thing with consistent income, less effort(ing) and fewer opportunities to sell from our revenue generating events, which are traditionally our most potent catalyst for sales.
Our client retention and transformation rates increased - multiple ELEVATE mastermind members and private coaching clients have continued on in our work together 3,4 & 5 years running.
The new model of our membership is seeing an 85% retention rate and members are joining regularly.
I spent less time physically working and far more time integrating the principles of a life-first business into everything I do.
We launched multiple smaller offers (Magnetic Messaging/Summer Sales Camp) and hosted over a dozen VIP Days/small group retreats in the new Tree Haus space here on our property.
We put the Entrepreneurial Archetype Quiz out into the world and new people are joining our community on the daily as a result.
Most importantly, I've thoroughly enjoyed it all: the creation work, the coaching, the teaching & getting to deepen my connection with my community as a whole.
This year has been an opportunity to review, revise, recommit and reimagine.
And as we get ready to turn the page into 2025, I am ready.
The compounding effect of doing this work for a decade, knowing my community intimately and being deeply rooted in my own methodology has gifted me a feeling of clarity & capacity I've never experienced before.
And in this clarity, I have made some decisions about the way my work is going to move in 2025.
I will be rolling that out to you in the coming weeks.
These changes will center transformation, the long game of business growth, the strategic shifts that create fundamental change and set you up for sustainable success &, most of all, you - in all of your brilliance and uniqueness.
I am sharing this, specifically, so you can witness the current of what honoring your own knowing looks like...
So you can spend these next few weeks centering what's most urgent and vital in your life and business.
Because nothing matters more than this.
I truly believe that given the nature of what is unfolding in human consciousness in this moment - OUR work has never been more relevant and necessary.
As mentors, makers, mavens, master teachers and true luminaries, we are the ones who will be looked upon as leaders.
All this to say, people need your magic right now.
