Pep talk & my podcast makeover
I've been recording podcast episodes, every week, for the last 8 years.
The show has gone through lots of different looks and like 4 different names, but the through-line has always been the same.
In this current chapter of my podcast, IGNITE Your Dream, I take walks in the trees and record my episodes there with the birds as my co-hosts.
I also host proper interviews (in a chair with a microphone ) with legendary people like Mark Nepo (my most beloved poet), Rosemary Bredeson (my mentor), my rockstar colleagues like Cathy Heller, Cory Allen, Samantha Skelley and more.
But one of my favorite formats on the show are the shorter 15-min. "pep talk" episodes.
I recorded one 2 weeks ago called: How I Overcome Self-Doubt and in it I shared a real-time process I use to recalibrate when things are feeling heavier in my world.
And truthfully, in a season with a lot of loss and inner conflict brewing, I've been relying on this process.
It's one of my most favorite solo conversations I've shared on the podcast, maybe ever.
And I thought it might be helpful to you, too:
Oh and before you go, as I am in a gentle rebrand...the podcast got a makeover!
I'm obsessed and I had to share it with you before anyone else.
Here's the new IYD look:
What do you think?!
Wishing you a beautiful weekend and all of the summer magic,
xo
