This space is designed to give you ample support and attention, while not overwhelming you. We offer roughly 3-4 hours a month of high-level support through coaching and training. Upon enrolling you will gain access through Simplero to our schedule of calls, that way you can schedule accordingly with as much advance notice as possible. However, you get to decide when and how to show up. All trainings and calls are recorded and saved in your portal each month for any time viewing.

All of our LIVE Coaching sessions are hosted on Zoom. On each call, you are invited to ask your questions LIVE on the call and receive 1:1 support during our group calls. Please note, due to the size of the group you may not receive 1:1 coaching on every call, however I do get to most everyone each week!

The Sanctuary is the love child of our most successful programs combined. After data-gathering client success stories and surveying our community, we've created and curated a budget-conscious group coaching experience geared toward rapid results. We are thrilled to roll this program out to our community!

No worries! We know life is busy and you've got a lot on your plate- all coaching calls will be recorded. We encourage you to be live on as many calls as possible so you can get the coaching and direct support you need, but it is not mandatory.

Our community is filled with visionaries, entrepreneurs, content creators, change-makers and coaches. Our members are in various business stages, which allows for a deeply impactful support system that offers accountability, inclusivity, strategy, and engagement.

That’s totally understandable- investing in you and your dream often feels scary. We have a zero-pressure policy where we only want people to say “Yes” to the experience if it feels aligned. Community is the heartbeat of the program! We have an incredibly active community where members share and seek support from each other, from me and from our program mentors! Plus, we have 2 LIVE Sessions on Zoom per month where members get to gather, a monthly Tech Talk + a Fireside Session with my Team where the community bond strengthens and grows!

You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an e-mail to team@amberlilyestrom.com. You will be required to submit your request for termination or downgrading within 30 days of your next upcoming payment in order to alter that transaction.

If a client elects to exit a signed contract period early, client will be provided with a buy-out agreement at 50% of the remaining sum owed per the contractual agreement. All termination or downgrade requests will be honored providing these terms are met.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
