I got rid of all my personal dev books...
We got home from vacation and spent the entire next day getting the house elevated to match our new vibe. (#virgomagic)
We take energy work seriously in this family and after a 2-week vacation/retreat combo like the one we just had - the versions of us that returned home are not the same as the versions of us who left on 2/22.
Our go-to practices look like:
Moving the furniture to open up the energy - for Spring this means welcoming in the LIGHT.
Removing whatever feels like an energetic eye sore.
I have a stack of 100 personal development books on Ben's desk ready to exit stage left...and I'm eyeing the shelf in the corner as we speak.
Cleaning anything that's not "beautiful or useful."
My new favorite prompt: "Is this beautiful or useful?" <<< If not, it goes.
Anything that slows your flow is costing you.
And while it may sound mildly neurotic, especially for those of us raised in homes where holding on to everything was a way of life, our energy is influencing it all when it comes to our businesses, our cash flow, our relationships and how we exist in our world.
How you handle "stuff" is a mirror for how you think about money.
I've learned as a chronic up-leveler that forging new pathways for growth, prosperity and more of what I really want in life requires physical practices to lock-in the new frequency.
This is, in fact, the only way to integrate the energetic of real and lasting change.
It's why folks who win the lottery, more often than not, lose it all.
Or why coaches and creatives who up-level rapidly often struggle to maintain the growth curve - or worse - sabotage themselves and find themselves in an even more challenging position - post launch.
It's why strategy, by itself, can not sustain an upward trend in growth.
It's why the clients I work with - on average - stay for 12+ months - and many continue for years.
We're not just working on funnels & sales sequences over here...
We're working on the subconscious shifts required to HOLD what your business brings into your life - from financial expansion to visibility and more.
