2025 moves + centering transformation
I had plans to write this note to you last night and then my mom texted to say she was headed to the ER.
While I knew my Dad was there to support her - and she was going to be ok, back home, there were 5 new baby kittens (our Pearl girl is a mama!!).
I had Ben set up a baby spy cam before they were born and I watch them pretty much on the hour every hour.
When I got the text from mom, she was already on the way to the clinic; but, back home on the baby cam - 3 of the babes were not within view.
Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but 2 day old babies a few feet from their mama - when they can't walk or see just yet - is generally not a good thing.
Especially when there was an unspecified amount of time before my parents would be home.
So at 6:00 pm, I hopped in the van and made the 40 minute drive to mom and dad's.
When I arrived, I was relieved to find them where I expected them to be - safe and sound, but in need of help to find their way back to mama.
I checked them out, changed their bedding, supplemented a few of them and loved on mama Pearl for a while.
When I finished, I sat in the quiet of the place I grew up and I thought about writing to you.
But then I noticed the Christmas tree ornament boxes sitting in the living room and their tree so dried out that the branches were breaking off in my hands.
So I put the ornaments I've known my whole life away one by one.
Dad came home for a quick hour and we pulled the crispy tree out to the back deck adorning the entire dining room in pine needles as we went.
Together we cleaned up, taking care not to vacuum up the fringe on the older-than-me oriental carpet and put away the famous tree topper star I used to lay on that same rug and stare up at as its colors danced around the ceiling.
As I drove home, I thought about the idea of a "sacred Sunday" and how those hours I just spent were exactly that.
I thought about the art of living and how our businesses get to be an expression of what's alive within us...and about how truly special that is.
I've been a business coach/messaging/brand mentor for 10 years now.
I've published 3 books, hundreds of podcasts and thousands of my words are immortalized on the internet.
I've put in more reps than I could ever count and best of all - I have had the great honor of serving so many incredible souls.
Truly witnessing your greatness, your magic and helping you create a new world of possibility with your gifts and dreams is what I am here to do.
In 2024, I learned and unlearned...and set out to do 2 very specific things:
1. Fall head over heels in love with my business model
2. Get crystal clear on the most meaningful and impactful way of serving/using my gifts.
I created a *pause* space from live events & the old forward-march energy of the past and it changed me in some fundamentally epic ways:
+ It deepened my coaching practice and my connection with my clients. Helping me recognize how deeply people NEED this kind of 1:1 support.
+ It gave me space to decide what works with the season of life I am in (11 & 2 year old babes) and what doesn't.
+ It helped me sure up my programs to match my methodology for how transformation actually works.
And best of all:
+ It helped me make some bold decisions about what I will be doubling down on in 2025. (<<<you might want to take notes on this part)
Here's what I know to be unequivocally true:
When we slow down to center transformation in our work with our clients, we discover some powerful things that don't exist in the more widely known transactional models of business that take seem to own center stage.
This is good news for us.
It's undeniably obvious that the capitalistic nature of business in our current society/Western world centers profit over people, metrics over meaning and financial wealth over our well-being.
This is why we are different and so needed here.
It's hard to keep that flame burning - especially when a business, itself, was built as a means to an end - a mechanism for self-preservation and proving worth in a system that survives on scarcity.
There is an awakening happening and I am willing to bet your gifts are perfectly suited for this moment.
Let's be honest - what most people really want, even if they don't realize it - is a feeling of safety, belonging and security.
The idea that more money will give them these things is only ever partly true.
Because financial growth without the inner attunement work, is just the same problems with more zeroes attached.
And all of this considered has shown me, unequivocally, that the word of 2025 is INTIMACY.
So what you will be seeing here...is a wild emphasis on witness work, your personal liberation project and your unique methodology for building your life/business.
My programs will match the way transformation works - inward, intimate, in the depths of your innermost truth.
Because a caterpillar doesn't become a butterfly without going inside its cocoon.
If 2024 showed me anything, it's that for seers, guides and teachers like me - true, expansive, life-altering breakthrough happens in the sacred spaces...of being fully witnessed, heard and known.
So here's what's evolving with me in 2025:
1. The IGNITE Your Business Growth Collective will shift BACK to a lifetime/infinite access model on Feb. 1st.
I will say more about this in my next email as it has been an exciting revelation & discovery process for me - one I know will give you wings when you hear the real fire behind this move.

What's coming in February is unlike any other group experience of this nature out there and I am so relaxed and relieved to roll it out to you.
