You're not an imposter

You know the feeling...you're joyfully scrolling on a Sunday afternoon and then it happens.

She pops up on your feed and you feel yourself getting smaller.

She's got more followers than you do.

She's friends with those shiny people and there are too many comments to count.

She's got that effortless, totally irresistible thing going on and you're wondering how you're ever going to get to your goals.

And that's when the questions start circling like vultures on a warm summer's day...

Why would anyone what to follow me when they could follow her?

Forget follow, why would they want to hire me when they could join her sparkly program?

Woof.

Been there. Done that. Got all of those t-shirts.

But here's what I've learned along the way...

  • Your people are not her people.

  • You have a special brand of genius that is here for a reason.

  • You not to showing up to share your brilliance is keeping you from your goals
