What's your audacity factor?
When I look at my private coaching roster over the last few years, there's one a key difference that has emerged time and time again that DIRECTLY correlates to their life-changing results.
It's consistent. It's reliable. It's immeasurable.
And it changes everything.
One word: A U D A C I T Y
By the dictionary definition, it has a multi-dimensional meaning:
audacity: (noun) boldness or daring, especially with confident or arrogant disregard for personal safety, conventional thought, or other restrictions. effrontery or insolence; shameless boldness: His questioner's audacity shocked the lecturer.
As I read these words, a super important question important emerges for me...
(spoiler alert: THIS will change how you think about your entire life & business).
According to WHOM?
....
.....
.......
The word AUDACITY has words like "arrogant, insolence, conventional" littered within its definition, but my question is...
Who decides what's "arrogant vs. confident"?
Who decides what's "shameless and insolent?"
Oooooof...even the dictionary gives us an opportunity to DECIDE how we want to see ourselves.
For me, audacity has looked like:
Quitting my decade-long career to launch my business with only ONE CLIENT.
Hitting the GO button on building our multi-six-figure home addition with less than 1/4 of the cash in the bank that we would need to build it.
Selling multiple six-figures in coaching programs from stage on my first try and teaching my clients how to do the same (over and over again).
Earning more than any other woman in my lineage with my own company.
Leading a mission based in love, deep care and unwavering courage with a small, but fiercely, wild-hearted (and talented) team.
Choosing the unconventional path to build this brand (evergreen offers, consent-based marketing strategies, rich & generous coaching containers)
Refusing to trade in or sacrifice presence with my family for a pressure-filled biz model (always an on-going commitment/devotional practice)
Here's the thing...
It's all relative love.
None of us want exactly the same things.
We want OUR own version of success.
And the willingness to OWN that & take action accordingly is the difference maker of a lifetime.
When you bring forth the AUDACITY to trust the beat of your own heart and the ROAR of your gorgeous soul - you will be blown away at what comes next.
Understand that choosing to trust yourself will seem "audacious" to those who do not.
You don't need their approval.
What's your audacity factor?
I have so much more to say on this topic, but for now,
Go do something AUDACIOUS right now.
Take the action. Send the email.
Do the thing that sets your dream in motion.
Watch what happens next...
Happy Sunday,
xo
