ironman initiations + 3 prompts that will change how you talk about your work
I'm up early early this morning getting ready to load up the kids for a 3-hour drive to meet Ben at the finish line of his first half Ironman competition.
At the end of last year, we talked about our visions for 2025 and a part of his was to complete his first Ironman event.
As a family that takes dreams pretty seriously, this one was a no-brainer and pretty easy to execute on: sign-up, train, go make it happen.
This decision was the initiation for the version of himself he would become through the process.
When we were on face time last night - he showed me the Ironman gear he received - I could see the full metamorphosis in motion.
New identity = locked & loaded - he's about to become an Ironman (well - "half" an Ironman Ben might say ).
This got me thinking about the initiations we offer our clients...
