A pep talk just for you

I've been devouring books on how our subconscious/conscious mind works for the last year or so.

Ben laughs at my nightly sermons as he's trying to sleep and I am reading passages aloud about how fear and limiting beliefs work in our brains.

I've been thinking a lot about what holds us back as we embark on the journey to grow our businesses.

And what I have discovered over and over again is that the greatest inhibitor to our success is not what other people say or do…it’s what *we* say or do - as a result.

Can we give that one a moment to sink in?

So here's the thing, I can bet there’s something you’ve been holding back over there…

And that something is a tidal wave of TRUTH you’re terrified to offer in fear that it will tear down the world you’ve built if you let it.

But here’s the interesting thing…

These “truths” we protect often look like the reactions we know will come our way from others who aren’t willing to enter the deep with us.

Yep, I said it.

And onward we go hitting the mute button + perpetuating a past set of beliefs and ways of being that suck the life out of - well LIFE.

You find yourself moving through your days with hand-me-down thoughts filling the room of your mind like that dingy old couch you inherited but would rather bury in the back yard.

Can I ask you a question, love?

Who gets to decide what you can say + do + have + be?

You’re the only one who knows what your soul is here to activate, after all.

Trailblazers don’t follow someone else’s path. Sovereign Beings don’t need permission to pursue their purpose.

What do you want to say, do, be & have?

Put it on the page.
Proclaim it.
Pursue it with all of your heart.

Fill your life to the brim with what makes you come back to your sweet aliveness.

I believe in you.
