Cory Allen on The Path to Becoming a Brave New You

Welcome back to the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast!

I'm so excited to share this incredibly moving conversation with the one and only Cory Allen today.

Cory Allen is an author, podcast host, and influencer from Austin, Texas. Allen writes daily thoughts on mindfulness and mental clarity for his large Instagram following (@heycoryallen), reaching over a million people a week.

On his podcast, he discusses how to live better through teachings on mindfulness, mental clarity, and personal growth. Cory’s podcast has had millions of downloads, received over a thousand five-star ratings, and been featured by The New York Times.

Cory’s first book, titled Now Is the Way, was published by Penguin Random House on September 24, 2019. His second book, Brave New You, was just released at the end of June.

In this episode we talk about Cory's "Slow thoughts for fast times" IG bio tagline (I'm obsessed), what it means to have high self-confidence but low self-worth and Cory's journey as a writer and how to help your own work go viral. Plus, we talk about his brand new book: Brave New You, which not only serves as an inspiration but a roadmap to radically transforming our lives.

I can't wait for you to listen!
