4 words that changed everything
At the beginning of every new month, I have a ritual of writing out my vision and putting it on the fridge - right in the heart of our home where I will see it every day.
For most of 2023, I've listed the things I wanted to call into existence: the feelings I wanted to focus on and the ways in which I hoped the month would unfold.
The cool thing about this practice is...
It worked.
Month after month, the things I wrote and dreamt into on the page became my reality in one way or another.
But something shifted in August...
At the end of my 41st year, on the doorstep of 42, I felt different.
I felt a longing for depth, for less control, for more magic & mystery...
I felt a longing to be guided without any grip.
A yearning to trust like I hadn't before.
The day after wrapping our ELEVATE Mastermind retreat, a wave of inspiration and clarity moved through me.
I called my friend & wing woman, Kristen, and asked her to come over.
By the time she left, the living room was wallpapered in our words and ideas.
We cried, we laughed, we dreamt together - we envisioned what was ahead.
When September 1st came, I pulled out my piece of paper to write my customary vision list...
Except all that emerged was 4 small words:
Show me. I'm ready.
And show me, she did.
September 2023...
House of Plenty was born and we welcomed our first 25 members as the doors opened! We start officially on 10/10 & cannot wait to meet who is moved to join us
Hundreds of new community members crossed over the threshold of our MMM Challenge experience (welcome beautiful souls!!!)
I received an invite to speak on the biggest stage of my career (~50,000 people) before the end of the year & to teach BRAND NEW material I am so thrilled to develop
My most beloved author/poet asked me to offer my words as an endorsement for his upcoming book
We hit the go-button on our Tree Haus office/garage project (the future home of VIP sessions and small group magic)
The ELEVATE MM has evolved into an even deeper mentorship experience - it feels like a graduation and initiation all at once for what is to come there in 2024
We have fully embraced the homeschool/nature school hybrid model with our daughter - it's more magical than we could have imagined
We reached our annual revenue goal in the first week of the month
Incredible things have been happening for my beloved friends...having a front row seat has been miraculous and deeply moving
We received our son's SS # and applied for his passport - as adoptive parents this was a hugely significant milestone and blessing!!
What September showed me is that sometimes...
Our best laid plans block our blessings.
Taking my hands entirely off the wheel and, instead, immersing myself in the delight of my vision...the way it makes me feel...shifted something.
Life is so exquisitely fragile.
We are here for such a shockingly short time.

>> What is your vision inviting you to embody?
For me, it was surrender.
It was forgiveness - of myself - for being/feeling in ways that are different from what I thought it was supposed to look like.
My vision asked me to let go of the way I thought it should look for a version that was ready to break through.
